1. General Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds are not possible after the 7-day window, regardless of the circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility by Plan
- 1-Month Plans:
- Refunds are limited to 50% of the purchase price if requested within the eligible timeframe.
- Other Plans (3-Months, 6-Months, Annual):
- Refunds will be processed after deducting a 10% service fee from the purchase price.
3. Replacement Policy
- If the IPTV service does not work as intended due to technical issues, you are eligible for a replacement within 30 days of your purchase.
- To request a replacement, contact our support team at support@smartsgi.com with details of the issue.
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please email support@smartsgi.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for refund
- Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt)
- Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds will only be issued as per the conditions outlined above.
- Cancellation of auto-renewal must be done before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

- If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

7. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by incorrect information provided during registration (e.g., email address or device compatibility issues).
- Refunds will not be issued if the service works as intended but does not meet personal preferences.
