Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SMARTSGI.com, we aim to provide high-quality IPTV services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund or replacement is required. Please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. General Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds are not possible after the 7-day window, regardless of the circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility by Plan

  • 1-Month Plans:
    • Refunds are limited to 50% of the purchase price if requested within the eligible timeframe.
  • Other Plans (3-Months, 6-Months, Annual):
    • Refunds will be processed after deducting a 10% service fee from the purchase price.

3. Replacement Policy

  • If the IPTV service does not work as intended due to technical issues, you are eligible for a replacement within 30 days of your purchase.
  • To request a replacement, contact our support team at support@smartsgi.com with details of the issue.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please email support@smartsgi.com with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for refund
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt)
  • Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds will only be issued as per the conditions outlined above.
  • Cancellation of auto-renewal must be done before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:
    • Check your bank or payment account again.
    • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
    • If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@smartsgi.com.

7. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by incorrect information provided during registration (e.g., email address or device compatibility issues).
  • Refunds will not be issued if the service works as intended but does not meet personal preferences.
